What You Will Do

• Maintain existing customer relationships and actively develop new business
• Advise customers in person on the product range and specific technical needs
• Prepare quotations and carry out pricing calculations
• Close contracts, record orders, and monitor execution within the assigned sales territory
• Handle complaints and support the collections/dunning process
• Assist the Vispronet online shop by providing customer service over the phone

• You bring strong persuasive ability and confident communication skills
• You present yourself professionally, stay organized, and work in a structured manner
• You are independent, reliable, and comfortable working in a team
• You are proficient in common Office applications
