About the role
AceCertLab is seeking a self-driven and meticulous customer relationship executive to support its fast-growing EdTech operations. The role centers on customer communication, data handling, and everyday relationship management tasks that help keep support processes running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Reply to customer questions quickly and in a professional manner over WhatsApp.
- Keep customer records accurate, current, and neatly organized in Google Sheets.
- Prepare and send daily progress reports and updates to the internal team.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and effectively.
- Support follow-up activities and provide basic assistance to customers as needed.
