Position Overview
This role entails performing manual labor focused on the maintenance and cleanliness of school facilities and surrounding areas. The custodian will be responsible for duties such as dusting, vacuuming, washing, mopping, and handling minor reports or additional assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of school buildings and grounds through various cleaning activities
- Perform routine tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and washing surfaces
- Complete minor reporting as required
- Follow specific instructions for atypical assignments or challenges
- Ensure all work complies with established cleaning standards under supervision and inspection by the custodial manager
