Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks efficiently across various areas such as offices, break rooms, restrooms, and other assigned zones.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are sufficiently stocked and inform the maintenance team when restocking is needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including use of proper safety gear like work boots and gloves during operations.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support secondary duties such as distribution tasks and maintenance assistance as directed.
• Availability and willingness to work overtime regularly while maintaining good attendance.

Experience and Educational Criteria

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Preferably has a minimum of six months prior relevant work experience.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Must be adaptable to a multi-shift, multi-channel distribution setting and be open to working varied shifts, extended hours, holidays, and overtime as per operational needs.
• Capable of standing and working for extended periods, including during overtime.
• Involves continuous physical exertion such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting, including handling cases up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to perform tasks in a range of temperature conditions, including extreme temperatures.
• Holiday schedules and blackout periods will be determined by management, during which no personal or vacation time is permitted.
• Must be available for consecutive workdays (for instance, 14 or more days straight).
