We consider you a strategic challenger tasked with employing your analytical skills and cultural insight to rigorously test AI models, revealing vulnerabilities that may cause biased or harmful outcomes. Your role is critical as the final safeguard, guaranteeing our AI technologies act beneficially worldwide.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead intensive adversarial testing sessions utilizing innovative jailbreaking methods to identify weaknesses in AI models.
- Analyze social, political, and religious nuances across different regions to help prevent cultural oversights in the AI’s global operation.
- Compile detailed safety assessment reports and collaborate with policy teams to reinforce model guardrails.
- Assess AI ethical decision-making in ambiguous scenarios, ensuring prioritization of human safety and organizational principles.
Candidate Assessment
Applicants must pass a specialized qualifying exam relevant to the position, alongside identity verification, to prove eligibility for joining the team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
- Availability to work daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Indian Standard Time, aligning with company hours.
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science Engineering studies.
Compensation
Annual salary ranges between $8,640 and $24,000.
