Role Overview

We are looking for a service-driven and detail-oriented Cruise & Hotel Booking Specialist to support travelers with vacation planning and reservations. In this position, you will guide clients through the booking process and deliver attentive support from the first inquiry through final confirmation.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with researching, planning, and reserving cruises, hotels, and vacation packages.
• Suggest options tailored to each client’s budget, interests, and travel preferences.
• Coordinate with leading travel suppliers to access special offers and promotional rates.
• Keep up with travel industry updates, policy changes, and supplier programs.
• Manage questions, itinerary changes, and cancellations in a prompt and professional manner.
• Keep booking details and client communication records accurate and up to date.
• Join training sessions and supplier webinars to strengthen destination and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and client service abilities are needed.
• A genuine interest in travel and helping people plan memorable experiences is important.
• The ability to stay self-directed and work independently is expected.
• Comfort with online booking tools and willingness to learn new systems is required.
• Background in customer service or sales is helpful, though not mandatory.

This opportunity is open to remote candidates based in the U.S. The role offers flexibility to work either full-time or part-time from any location.
