Job description
Role overview
NZME is looking for a CRM Support Administrator to join its Commercial Operations team in Auckland. This position focuses on keeping sales-related data and CRM activity running smoothly, while supporting the everyday use of the company’s commercial HubSpot CRM across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Handle CRM operations tickets and data administration, including account creation, ownership updates, record changes, and general queries.
- Keep CRM information accurate, complete, and aligned with internal business rules.
- Track HubSpot CRM dashboards, investigate data inconsistencies, and help improve data quality over time.
- Support ongoing improvements to CRM processes, tools, and overall system performance.
- Provide onboarding and refresher training for users, and help maintain clear training guides and support materials.
- Assist with user acceptance testing for systems and related updates.
About you
You’ll be a good fit if you have experience in administration, data handling, or systems support, and you care strongly about data accuracy. Confidence with business systems is important, while direct CRM experience is helpful but not essential. You should enjoy solving problems, troubleshooting issues, and finding better ways of working. Strong communication skills are needed so you can support and train users clearly. A collaborative attitude, approachability, and a willingness to learn in a busy environment are also important.
What’s on offer
- The chance to work with a high-performing Commercial Operations team.
- A meaningful opportunity to influence how NZME uses data and CRM tools.
- A supportive workplace with a strong focus on learning and development.
- The opportunity to be part of one of New Zealand’s leading integrated media organisations.
- Access to NZME’s Auckland HQ environment, which includes radio studios, an integrated newsroom, the iHeart Lounge, and a range of staff benefits.
Additional information
Applicants will need to confirm their current working rights in New Zealand, such as citizen, resident, visa holder, or no visa status.
