Role overview

This is a remote opportunity for a marketing professional in Germany who is comfortable working with data, experimentation, and customer engagement. The role centers on strengthening customer loyalty, improving lifecycle communication, and supporting retention initiatives across several markets. You will work in a fast-paced, remote-first setup and partner with product, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns and refine performance over time.

What you'll do

  • Help plan, configure, and launch CRM campaigns and promotional initiatives for both new and returning users in multiple regions.
  • Track important performance measures such as retention, reactivation, engagement, and return on investment, then turn the results into clear reports and insights.
  • Work with product and analytics teams to improve retention tools, strengthen data quality, and enhance reporting structures.
  • Make sure regional campaigns and offers go live on schedule and stay competitive across different markets.
  • Liaise with internal teams and outside partners to keep campaign deployment and follow-up activities running smoothly.
  • Support personalization and marketing automation efforts by sharing operational knowledge and market-specific observations.
  • Look for ways to improve campaign performance using behavioral trends and results data.

What you need

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, customer lifecycle management, or a similar position.
  • Experience in online gaming, casino, or the wider iGaming sector is strongly preferred.
  • A strong analytical approach with the ability to read data and convert findings into practical actions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Prior exposure to CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or retention systems is helpful.
  • Good organizational ability and the capacity to juggle several campaigns and priorities at once.
  • A careful, proactive working style suited to a high-paced, performance-focused environment.
  • Comfort working collaboratively with product, analytics, and marketing stakeholders.
