Role overview
This opportunity is for a CRM & Retention Specialist in Ireland, being handled by a partner employer that oversees the hiring process from application through the next steps. It is suited to a marketing professional who works well with data and wants to lead retention and lifecycle engagement work across several markets.
The role sits in a remote-first setup and blends campaign coordination with analysis of performance and user behavior. You will work with product, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver CRM initiatives, improve engagement, support reactivation efforts, and strengthen long-term customer loyalty. The position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys testing ideas, refining campaigns from results, and influencing retention outcomes at scale.
Accountabilities
- Assist with the planning, configuration, and delivery of CRM campaigns and promotional activity for both new and returning users in multiple markets.
- Track core metrics including retention, reactivation, engagement, and return on investment, and turn results into regular reporting and practical insights.
- Work alongside product and analytics teams to enhance retention tooling, improve data quality, and strengthen reporting structures.
- Make sure regional campaigns and promotional offers go live on time while staying competitive across different markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and outside partners to keep campaign launches and follow-up actions running smoothly.
- Support personalization and marketing automation work by sharing operational input and market-level observations.
- Spot ways to improve campaigns by reviewing performance data and trends in user behavior.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related subject.
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, customer lifecycle management, or a similar position.
- Experience in online gaming, casino, or the wider iGaming sector is strongly preferred.
- A strong analytical approach with the ability to understand data and convert findings into concrete actions.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or retention systems is helpful.
- Good organizational ability and comfort handling several campaigns and priorities at once.
- A proactive, detail-focused mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, performance-led environment.
- Experience collaborating across product, analytics, and marketing functions.
Benefits
- Fully remote-first work setup with flexibility.
- Competitive pay plus quarterly performance-based bonuses.
- 20 days of annual leave in addition to public holidays.
- Flexible working hours with a core collaboration window aligned to your time zone.
- Top-tier equipment supplied by the company.
- Referral bonuses and extra incentives linked to performance.
- Annual company retreats and team-building activities.
- Opportunity to contribute in a rapidly growing international environment with high-impact work.
- Exposure to advanced CRM, automation, and retention marketing practices.
- Strong emphasis on work-life balance and personal autonomy.
