About Tech Pipeline and the Role

Currently, we are supporting an investment firm in Abu Dhabi during its scaling phase by ensuring that its internal data systems remain stable and reliable amid increasing volumes. The CRM Data Assistant is an entry-level, fully remote position responsible for maintaining accurate and trustworthy data within client systems.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

This position is centered on understanding the real flow of data through client CRM platforms, which often encounter issues such as duplicate entries and broken routing rules during rapid expansion. You will be actively involved in identifying and correcting these problems to maintain the CRM as a dependable information source. Tasks include:

• Analyzing system logs to determine causes behind synchronization failures of investor records across platforms.
• Conducting CRM audits to eliminate duplicate data and correct formatting mistakes in contact details.
• Revising and updating standard operating procedures as routing processes evolve.
• Verifying daily reconciliations to confirm CRM data aligns with recent financial reports.
• Testing new routing configurations to guarantee prompt and accurate handling of inquiries.
• Providing written updates to the technical team regarding progress on data cleanup operations.
• Supporting the migration and cleanup of legacy data into the main CRM system.
• Monitoring data pipelines proactively to identify and report errors before they affect business processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and logical data organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail when examining extensive technical records.
• Effective written communication abilities for documenting system updates and reporting issues.
