About the Role

Join a landmark event in Auckland's public transport history as a Brand Ambassador supporting the launch of the City Rail Link (CRL). Representing Auckland Transport, you will be the welcoming face at various stations and transport hubs, assisting passengers with information and guidance about the new rail network.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Provide accurate information on CRL stations, routes, and service details.
• Help passengers with directions and planning their journeys efficiently.
• Create a positive and memorable first impression of Auckland's new rail services.
• Collaborate effectively with your Team Leader and fellow Ambassadors.
• Maintain a professional image representing both Auckland Transport and BrandSpanking.

• Exceptional customer service skills and reliability.
• Punctual and professional attitude, adaptable to busy public settings.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods during shifts.
• Quick learner capable of effectively conveying information after training.
• Availability for casual shifts, including weekends as needed.
