About the Role

This position is for a Generalist Expert working with a company that connects highly skilled creative and technical professionals with leading AI research teams. The role is fully remote and paid at an hourly rate.

Compensation and Work Setup

Pay is set at $70 per hour. The engagement is a contract role, and the work can be done remotely.

What You’ll Do

• Review AI-generated answers for correctness, completeness, and reasoning quality.
• Prepare organized written feedback that helps improve model performance.
• Spot subtle meaning, missing context, and logical gaps in generated content.
• Draft clear, specific, evidence-based explanations rather than surface-level comments.
• Operate independently and on an asynchronous schedule while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally from a university ranked among the global top 500.
• You should have strong analytical thinking and written communication skills.
• You must be comfortable working without close supervision and following detailed instructions.
• Excellent critical reading ability is required.
• Native-level English fluency is mandatory.
