Role and Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will be integral to creating a welcoming environment and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be trained to confidently handle multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, ensuring food is made fresh daily by hand. This position is ideal for those with or without prior experience in roles such as dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook. Teamwork, enthusiasm, and passion for service are key to success in this role.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• At least 16 years old
• Enjoy interacting with and helping others
• Desire to learn extensive cooking skills
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the workplace
