About the Role
This position is with a newly established Baskin Robbins outlet seeking dedicated crew members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with prompt, friendly service.
- Handling counter sales and performing billing using POS systems.
- Scooping ice cream and preparing sundaes and beverages to meet quality standards.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the store environment adhering to food safety norms.
- Performing opening and closing store duties effectively.
Work Schedule
Employees will follow a weekly rotating shift pattern with one day off per week. Shifts include 10 AM to 7 PM, 12 PM to 9 PM, and 4 PM to 12 AM.
