Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh menu items by hand without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Operate at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo with confidence through provided training.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and engaging environment.
- Work effectively with team members to uphold the restaurant's standards and mission.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- A positive and friendly demeanor with enthusiasm to serve both customers and team members.
- Strong willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
