Role Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals eager to be part of a collaborative team and open to learning new skills. As a Crew Member, you will work closely with the shift manager and the rest of the crew, playing a key role in daily restaurant operations. You will be central to delivering excellent customer experiences across multiple service areas including the front counter, drive-thru, and burger preparation station.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Prepare and cook food items according to guidelines
• Maintain safety and hygiene compliance at all times
• Clean restaurant equipment, fittings, and premises regularly
• Handle cash transactions and balance tills accurately
• Collaborate effectively with team members to manage customer flow efficiently
