About the Role

Join a fast-paced credit management team in Dubai and contribute to the finance function of a global technology business. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare and send customer statements and invoices in line with defined processes and internal standards.
  • Carry out account reconciliation and route any unpaid or unresolved issues to the credit manager.
  • Track payments, follow up with customers, and address queries that could delay settlement.
  • Handle a demanding workload while keeping service quality and customer satisfaction high.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, review financial standing, and determine appropriate credit limits.
  • Evaluate credit exposure to support decisions on new business opportunities within approved credit thresholds.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a credit-related role.
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
  • Working knowledge of the UAE credit landscape and legal framework.
  • Ability to review and assess financial statements.
