Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization that handles all applications and follow-up steps. The employer is seeking a Creator & Influencer Specialist in Canada to help expand creator partnerships and drive social commerce growth.
The role blends influencer marketing, creator operations, and performance-driven social selling. A large part of the work will involve building and scaling partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, and newer platforms, while supporting both brand visibility and revenue goals.
You will be expected to find, onboard, and coordinate with creators, while keeping campaigns, product seeding, and sampling programs running smoothly. The position also contributes to the broader creator ecosystem by managing relationships across micro, mid-tier, and larger influencers.
Close collaboration with marketing, social, and sales teams will be needed to support campaign delivery and creator-led growth initiatives. This is a hands-on, highly organized, and relationship-centered role in a fast-moving environment that values experimentation, trend awareness, and ongoing optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Source, engage, and manage creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and other social commerce channels that fit the brand audience.
- Handle incoming creator inquiries and keep the influencer pipeline structured across different partnership levels.
- Run TikTok creator programs from outreach and sampling to seeding and complete campaign delivery.
- Manage product samples and related logistics so creator requests are fulfilled accurately and on time across global locations.
- Support influencer campaigns that are both paid and organic, covering retail and direct-to-consumer efforts.
- Help develop creator communities through onboarding, ongoing engagement, and sentiment tracking.
- Measure campaign outcomes such as engagement, reach, and sales contribution, then share findings with marketing stakeholders.
- Assist with creator involvement in events, trade shows, and brand activations, including coordination and logistics support.
- Keep internal systems updated for affiliate tracking, creator codes, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, creator partnerships, or a related area.
- Clear understanding of the TikTok creator ecosystem and current social commerce trends.
- Hands-on experience with product sampling, influencer gifting, or creator seeding workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in handling creator relationships.
- Exposure to affiliate marketing, influencer tracking, and reporting platforms or tools.
- A delivery-focused mindset with the ability to work through deadlines and operational details efficiently.
- Strong curiosity about creator culture, social media trends, and digital growth strategies.
Benefits
- Fully remote setup with flexible working arrangements.
- Opportunity to contribute directly to fast-growing influencer and creator marketing programs.
- Exposure to high-impact TikTok and social commerce campaigns.
- Practical experience in building and scaling creator ecosystems.
- Collaborative environment that encourages testing, learning, and growth.
- Opportunity to contribute to both retail and direct-to-consumer performance.
- Room to grow a career in influencer marketing, digital strategy, and creator operations.
