Job description

About the role

PAPER & TEA positions itself as a contemporary lifestyle brand rather than just a tea company. The brand creates products, spaces, and rituals that invite people to enjoy more consciously and to feel more connected — with their surroundings, with others, and with themselves.

For 01 August 2026, the company is looking for someone who treats creator marketing as a cultural growth lever for brand building, community development, and business growth. In this role, you will shape and lead the creator and cultural partner ecosystem, combining cultural relevance with measurable performance.

You will build long-term relationships within the creator economy and design formats that strengthen the brand while also driving tangible commercial outcomes. The role calls for a strong understanding of aesthetics, storytelling, and social platform dynamics, paired with a solid grasp of performance metrics and conversion funnels. You should be able to identify potential early, develop meaningful partnerships, and assess their impact on both brand and business levels.

What you'll do

  • Plan and manage creator and influencer campaigns from the initial concept through to final analysis.
  • Develop durable relationships with creators, tastemakers, communities, and culturally relevant partners.
  • Spot emerging creators, trends, and cultural movements that fit the brand.
  • Create scalable formats for content collaborations, gifting, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate creator events and community activations.
  • Work closely with the brand and social media teams.
  • Handle budget planning, contract management, and the maintenance of the influencer CRM.
  • Continuously improve the creator strategy, internal processes, and partner networks.

Performance and impact

For this role, creator marketing is not measured by reach alone. Success is defined by meaningful business outcomes as well as cultural fit.

  • Evaluate campaigns using key metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, new customers, and revenue.
  • Align cultural relevance with commercial performance.
  • Continuously refine creator selection, content, and channels.
  • Identify which partnerships create lasting brand value over time.
  • Treat performance as part of the concept, not just a reporting exercise.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in building, managing, and scaling creator, influencer, or community programs with measurable impact on brand and business objectives.
  • A strong sense for aesthetics, storytelling, design, and brand leadership in a social media context.
  • Understanding of how modern lifestyle brands build attention, desirability, community, and growth.
  • The ability to analyze and improve creator campaigns using relevant KPIs and translate findings into clear actions.
  • Confidence in developing creative ideas while keeping business goals firmly in view.
  • Ideally, an existing network in the creator, lifestyle, food, design, wellness, or hospitality space.
  • A self-driven, structured way of working with a strong sense of ownership.
  • The ability to stay organized across several projects and campaigns at once.
  • Fluency in both German and English.

What to expect

  • The chance to help shape an international lifestyle brand.
  • High personal responsibility and fast decision-making processes.
  • Room for creative ideas, experimentation, and new formats.
  • An environment that combines design, culture, enjoyment, and quality.
  • A team that values curiosity, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Unlimited access to the company's matcha.

What matters more than a perfect CV

The company is less interested in job titles or degrees and more interested in people with perspective, taste, and initiative.

Applicants are encouraged to share campaigns, collaborations, communities, projects, or ideas they have built, influenced, or helped shape. The team wants to understand how candidates think, what inspires them, and what contribution they would like to make to PAPER & TEA.
