Role Overview
This role offers individuals with backgrounds in creator, influencer, social, or digital marketing, account management, or any customer-focused experience a chance to rapidly learn, assume responsibility, and contribute to shaping the future of creator marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist brands and agencies in executing creator campaigns on the Nutcake platform.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with creators to ensure outstanding campaign delivery.
- Guide customers through onboarding processes and platform adoption.
- Conduct platform demonstrations, training, and onboarding as required.
- Support brands in identifying suitable creators and ensuring campaign success.
- Monitor campaigns to ensure timely communication, schedule adherence, and successful delivery.
- Provide customers with campaign insights and recommended best practices.
- Collect feedback from brands and creators to influence future product enhancements.
- Support clients in maximizing use of Nutcake’s AI-driven platform and participate in testing new features.
- Develop expertise in the Nutcake platform and the broader creator marketing space.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Expand and manage the Nutcake creator community, including WhatsApp groups.
- Welcome new creators and foster engaging conversations to enhance community value.
- Assist in social media management, content creation, and driving community interaction.
- Create compelling customer stories, campaign case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Organize webinars, events, and initiatives supporting the creator community.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM communications.
- Highlight customer successes, creator partnerships, and product updates.
- Contribute innovative ideas for content, campaigns, and community-building activities.

Additional Information
This is a remote-first position with occasional travel to London, Manchester, or Birmingham. The annual salary is approximately £28,000.
