Role Overview
The Creative Producer position at Yeo Valley Organic is designed to drive the realization of the company's creative vision by managing the production of campaigns, content, and brand activations from initial idea through to final delivery. This role acts as the pivotal operational force within the creative team, combining precise project management with a keen creative sensibility to ensure timely, budget-conscious outcomes that adhere to brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee creative production and ensure successful product delivery.
- Manage studio operations and shoot logistics effectively.
- Execute campaigns and brand activations ensuring alignment with the brand identity.
Working Details
This is a fixed-term role lasting 16 months, requiring a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. The position is located at the company’s Head Office in the village of Blagdon. The start date is scheduled for September.
Compensation
The role offers a salary of up to £50,000 annually, dependent on experience.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will support the Head of Brand and Creative Marketing Manager by facilitating the delivery of creative projects across departments. Working closely with both internal teams and external partners, the candidate will turn creative concepts into actionable production plans, managing the complete workflow from briefing to delivery.

- Have proven experience in a role such as Creative Producer or Production Manager.

- Possess a strong creative eye with confidence in design and storytelling techniques.
- Be adept at understanding and applying brand and visual identity guidelines to maintain a consistent Yeo Valley look and feel.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and an aesthetic sense for quality visual output.
- Work well within a team, being collaborative, approachable, and hands-on.
