Role Overview
The creative team at Amplify, made up of designers, artists, and storytellers, crafts inspiring educational content across digital, print, environmental, interactive, and animated formats. As a Creative Producer supporting the Science K-8 program, you will collaborate with art leads and project coordinators to manage the production pipeline for digital and print assets, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tasks and deliverables to support a high volume of digital and print asset creation.
- Engage with cross-functional teams including writers and product managers to set priorities, clarify design goals, resolve obstacles, and define action plans.
- Work alongside project coordinators and art leads to maintain project schedules and track progress against milestones.
- Comprehend workflows and project dependencies, understanding team roles and responsibilities.
- Facilitate file handoffs to internal and external collaborators and organize documentation and backlogs.
- Participate in status meetings, document notes, and follow up on necessary actions.
- Identify and suggest improvements to production processes.
- Support documentation of risks, issues, decisions, and change management within the production team.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in producer or similar roles, complemented by a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in educational technology design or a related industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with design, video, and project management tools is advantageous.
- Passion for science, art, and design is desirable.
