Job description
Role overview
Progressive Dental LLC is seeking a mid-to-senior level creative professional to lead visual production for client campaigns from the initial launch discussion through live deployment and scaling. This position bridges campaign creative and digital design, with a strong focus on building landing pages and paid social visuals that are built to convert. You will partner closely with the Creative Director and Campaign Strategist on the Innovation Team and help support more than 25 client launches each month. A strong fit for this role understands that consistency between an ad and its landing page is a conversion necessity, not just a design preference.
Key responsibilities
You will own the creative execution for landing pages, paid social ads, client launch briefings, and ongoing campaign assets while keeping quality, speed, and brand accuracy high.
Landing page design
- Create and update client landing pages in Elementor with fast turnaround, consistent execution, and careful brand alignment.
- Turn client value propositions, campaign copy, and brand direction into conversion-oriented page structures.
- Keep the visual flow consistent from ad creative to landing page, including headline match, CTA prioritization, and brand coherence.
- Work with the Creative Director to review pages and complete quality checks before launch.
Paid social creative
- Develop ad creatives in Canva for Meta, Instagram, and other paid placements across dental, veterinary, and cosmetic sectors.
- Create multiple creative versions for each client while preserving a unified brand look and feel.
- Adapt established templates and refine them as campaign requirements evolve.
- Apply platform-specific design standards, safe-zone awareness, and performance-focused creative practices.
Launch calls and client briefing
- Join new client launch calls with the Campaign Strategist and Digital Specialist, or handle them independently when needed.
- Capture and document essential brand inputs such as unique selling points, audience details, brand standards, and scripting guidance.
- Prepare mini brand guideline documents for each new client, including hex values, logos, and typography details.
- Keep doctor-specific briefing documents organized for internal use and future campaign continuity.
Creative ownership and workflow
- Manage your own work queue in Monday.com with minimal supervision and clear ownership of deadlines.
- Move projects from brief to delivery independently and raise blockers early rather than at the last minute.
- Maintain and grow a reusable creative asset library that can support multiple client accounts.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative quality, campaign performance, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in digital design, marketing creative, or a closely related discipline.
- A portfolio that shows conversion-driven landing pages and paid social creative, especially for Meta and Instagram.
- Strong Canva skills as the main design platform; Adobe Creative Suite experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Background in healthcare, dental, veterinary, or local services marketing is strongly preferred.
- Ability to see design as a conversion driver rather than only a visual task.
- Skill in building layouts that support a clear messaging order: headline, USP, proof point, then CTA.
- Capacity to spot when ad creative and landing pages feel disconnected and correct that proactively.
- Ability to convert a spoken brand direction into cohesive, on-brand visuals.
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Self-managed work style with strong ownership of internal deadlines.
- Comfort participating in client-facing launch calls without close supervision.
- Receptive to direction from the Creative Director and able to iterate quickly without resistance.
- Comfort working within established tools and systems, including Monday.com and Salesforce.
- Judgment to know when to make decisions independently and when to escalate.
- Helpful but not required: in-house marketing experience or a mix of agency and in-house roles.
- Helpful but not required: familiarity with HighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Helpful but not required: understanding of Meta ad policies and healthcare creative restrictions.
- Helpful but not required: experience working within templated brand systems across several client accounts at once.
- Helpful but not required: basic knowledge of landing page UX and A/B testing concepts.
Eligibility
This opportunity is intended for experienced creative and digital design professionals who can work independently, contribute in client discussions, and handle fast-moving campaign production for multiple accounts.
