Role Overview

We are seeking an inventive Creative Marketing Manager to lead the visual branding efforts for CharCharms. This role demands a blend of creativity and execution, ranging from directing photoshoots and shaping campaigns to managing product launches and monitoring marketing performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate directly with the CEO and will be pivotal in defining how customers engage with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and direct creative campaigns for seasonal releases and retail promotions.
  • Develop mood boards, shot lists, and production briefs to guide photoshoots.
  • Oversee the orchestration of lifestyle and product photography including coordination of photographers, models, props, locations, and vendors.
  • Take charge of photo editing and retouching to ensure premium brand imagery for retail and digital channels.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive marketing calendars and coordinate launch schedules with internal and external teams.
  • Safeguard brand consistency by reviewing creative content and driving the evolution of the brand’s visual identity.
  • Measure campaign efficiency, analyze results, and initiate continuous improvements through testing new creative ideas.

Candidate Profile

  • Highly creative with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
  • Passionate about consumer branding and retail marketing dynamics.
  • Proficient in balancing strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Strong organizational skills capable of juggling multiple launch timelines.
  • Self-driven with a passion for impactful content creation that resonates with audiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, creative, or content production roles.
  • Proven track record managing photoshoot projects from inception to delivery.
  • Expertise in photography and photo editing using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience creating engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Preferred background in consumer product marketing, retail brands, or ecommerce.

  • Graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers and content creators.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Klaviyo.
