Job description

Role Overview

Berwick Care is seeking a creative, self-driven, and highly organised Marketing & Campaign Administrator to join its expanding team in Telford. This position suits someone who likes taking real responsibility, turning ideas into action, and contributing to measurable business outcomes rather than simply completing routine tasks.

You will help shape the company’s brand through strong content, effective campaigns, and polished marketing assets. The role is practical and fast-moving, combining creativity with commercial thinking.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will support marketing activity from the initial idea stage through to delivery, making sure all materials are visually appealing, well written, and aligned with company objectives.

  • Keep website pages up to date through the CMS.
  • Create and prepare marketing collateral for both digital and print use.
  • Build presentations and campaign materials that are engaging and on-brand.
  • Assist with lead-generation work and monitor campaign effectiveness.
  • Source, organise, and manage images, photography, and other visual assets.
  • Write clear, polished, and engaging copy for a range of marketing needs.
  • Support social media and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, organise, and prioritise your own workload independently.
  • Look continuously for improvements in content quality, audience engagement, and overall performance.

What We Are Looking For

The company values attitude as highly as technical ability and is looking for someone who brings both creativity and a strong work ethic.

  • Strong creative judgement across design, visual presentation, and layout.
  • Excellent written English with the ability to produce professional and engaging copy.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing supports business results.
  • A proactive approach, with a consistent desire to improve and contribute extra value.
  • A sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to deliver to a high standard.
  • Drive and a willingness to go the extra mile when required.
  • Resilience and the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • A customer-focused outlook and an understanding of how marketing affects the customer experience.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
  • A mindset that always looks for better and more effective ways of working.

Benefits

  • Participation in a company-wide bonus scheme.
  • Free lunch provided every day.
  • Complimentary on-site parking.
  • Access to an on-site gym.
  • Opportunities for career growth and external training.
  • Employee Assistance Programme covering mental health and financial wellbeing.
  • A friendly, supportive workplace with regular team events.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A 1-hour unpaid lunch break is included.

Salary

The salary range for this position is £30,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
