About the Role

We are 480Hz, a comprehensive 360° agency delivering everything from subtle tones to impactful communication across print, digital, point of sale, street campaigns, mailings, and radio. As part of Omnicom’s 0171 construct dedicated to Deutsche Telekom, we lead the Trade & Retail segment from strategy to execution.

0171 is a bespoke creative agency for one of the world’s most valuable brands: Deutsche Telekom. Our national and international creatives collaborate across disciplines including ATL, social media, trade, and CRM, prioritizing ideas over egos.

We are currently seeking a concept-driven Trade Creative Director Copy (all genders), ideally based in Hamburg, who is creative, holistic, and free from narrow perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team—including art direction, copy, digital art, and proofreading—both professionally and disciplinarily in tandem with the Creative Director Art
• Develop ready-to-implement trade concepts and ideas
• Collaborate closely with other creative directors from ATL and colleagues from CRM, strategy, and various teams
• Ensure tonal consistency across all engagement points
• Effectively manage external service providers

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive experience in creative agencies focused on mid- and lower-funnel marketing
• Deep understanding of trade and point-of-sale marketing
• Strategic insight into brand positioning and target audiences
• Strong linguistic skills with stylistic and conceptual confidence
• Ability to distill powerful ideas into compelling text
• Enthusiastic team player
• Confident, communicative, open, and precise work approach even under high workload
• Receptive to ideas, trends, and new impulses
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Independent, solution-oriented work style with strong responsibility and commitment
• Persuasive presentation skills and assured demeanor
