Role overview
Rotkäppchen-Mumm is looking for a Creative Designer focused on both digital and print media for a fixed-term full-time position in Bremen. In this role, you will shape visual assets that support campaigns, ensure consistent brand communication, and collaborate closely with marketing and project management partners.
Key responsibilities
- Create engaging online advertising assets such as social media visuals, newsletter banners, and video ads, while keeping the brand look and feel consistent.
- Refine layouts for digital channels and different screen formats with attention to current design trends and user expectations.
- Develop mood boards and visual concepts for upcoming marketing campaigns, including key visuals.
- Check creative outputs for accuracy and visual quality, and work hand in hand with marketing and project management teams.
- Plan and carry out product photo shoots, edit images, and produce motion content, ideally with support from modern AI-based tools.
- Design traditional print materials such as mailings, flyers, and advertisements, and prepare them for final production-ready artwork.
Profile
- You have completed training in media design, graphic design, or a similar field and bring at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- You have a strong eye for impactful design, emerging trends, and innovative media creation.
- You are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as common web design tools such as Figma.
- Experience with AI-supported tools for design and video production is an advantage.
- You work in a structured way and stay focused even in fast-moving situations.
Additional information
This is a fixed-term position. The role combines digital design, print production, visual campaign development, image editing, and video creation. A consistent brand presentation across channels is an important part of the job.
