Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join as a Creative Designer & Social Media Manager on a full-time basis. This role involves contributing to graphic design, video production, content creation, and managing social media presence to shape and strengthen the visual branding of our music and company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design artwork for songs, albums, YouTube thumbnails, posters, banners, and advertising creatives ensuring consistent branding across digital platforms.
• Create visual content such as social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional graphics for campaigns.
• Produce and edit video content including music videos, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and promotional material, incorporating motion graphics, effects, transitions, and subtitles when needed.
• Manage social media accounts including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook; plan content calendars to maintain regular updates and audience interaction.
• Analyze audience engagement and content performance metrics to recommend enhancements.
• Develop innovative ideas and concepts for music promotion, video campaigns, and digital storytelling aligned with industry trends and platform best practices.

Additional Information

The ideal candidate should comfortably operate in a dynamic, fast-paced creative setting while juggling multiple projects without compromising on quality and creativity. This position is located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges from INR 15,000 to 20,000.
