About Scent Arts

Scent Arts is a premium scent branding and home fragrance company that develops tailored fragrance experiences for residences, hotels, retail environments, and brands throughout the UAE and beyond.

The company is seeking an exceptionally imaginative designer who can turn ideas into refined visual assets that match a high-end luxury identity.

This role is broader than a standard social media position. The ideal candidate should be equally confident in visual design, content development, video editing, and day-to-day social media execution.

Core Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Develop polished social posts, carousel designs, stories, and advertising creatives.
  • Produce website banners, email marketing visuals, and other digital assets.
  • Keep the brand’s visual language consistent across every platform.
  • Conceptualize campaign visuals and creative directions for product launches.

Video Editing and Reels

  • Create attention-grabbing Instagram Reels, TikTok clips, and short-form videos.
  • Edit product footage, lifestyle visuals, and behind-the-scenes material.
  • Incorporate motion design, transitions, captions, and visual effects.
  • Transform raw video into engaging content that performs well on social platforms.

Social Media Management

  • Organize and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Support the planning of content calendars.
  • Track audience engagement and respond to community interactions.
  • Work with the marketing team to deliver campaigns effectively.

Creative Direction

  • Study current trends in luxury branding, hospitality, fragrance, and lifestyle.
  • Develop original content ideas and campaign concepts.
  • Partner with leadership to convert creative direction into finished outputs.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates premium-quality design work.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Strong video editing ability with tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Prior experience producing Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
  • Solid understanding of luxury branding and visual storytelling.
  • High attention to detail and a refined design sensibility.
  • Preferred experience in luxury, hospitality, fashion, beauty, fragrance, interior design, or lifestyle brands.
  • Photography and videography capabilities are an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Basic awareness of Meta Ads creative specifications is beneficial.

What Success Looks Like

  • In the first 90 days, the social media presence of Scent Arts is noticeably elevated.
  • Content output reflects a polished, luxury, global-brand standard.
  • Reels and campaign creative help drive stronger awareness and engagement.
  • The brand moves closer to being recognized as a leading fragrance and scenting name in the region.
