Job description
About the role
Fleur Studios is looking for a highly imaginative, well-organised and proactive Creative Content Coordinator to support its growing furniture e-commerce brand from the Gold Coast studio. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that combines content production, visual storytelling and social media support to help express the brand across digital channels.
You will partner closely with the Creative Directors and marketing team to create polished, brand-consistent content that helps attract, entertain and deepen connections with the community. The position suits someone who can work independently, has a strong design sensibility, understands digital culture, and enjoys storytelling through visuals.
An excellent eye for aesthetics is essential. The role calls for refined taste and the ability to produce founder-led and brand-led content that feels elevated, cohesive and unmistakably true to the brand. Backgrounds in fashion, beauty, interiors or lifestyle content are especially valued.
The role begins part-time, with clear potential to expand into content strategy and campaign leadership as the business grows.
Production and content creation
- Gather and edit behind-the-scenes content using iPhone and digital camera during weekly showroom days, brand shoots and events.
- Support the creation and editing of founder-led content, turning everyday moments, insights and ideas into engaging social-first material.
- Edit short-form video for Reels, Stories and TikTok, helping strengthen audience engagement and retention.
- Assist with production on set for shoots and showroom activations, including occasional help with planning.
- Sort, label and maintain creative assets such as photos, videos, press coverage and UGC in shared storage.
- Contribute ideas for brand storytelling, campaign concepts and community engagement.
Social media and community support
- Help plan, create and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and paid ads alongside the Content & Social Media Manager.
- Assist with caption writing and paid advertising copy that matches the brand voice and visual style.
- Support management of Instagram and TikTok direct messages to connect with customers, influencers and KOLs while building community.
- Keep up with design and social trends, including trending audio, transitions and formats, to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Track engagement, feedback and cultural trends to support growth in followers, reach, interaction and community connection.
- Maintain consistency across all social channels so that messaging, visuals, tone and asset use stay cohesive at every customer touchpoint.
What the role calls for
- One to three years of experience in content creation or social media.
- Previous experience in fashion, beauty, interiors, lifestyle or another visually driven brand is preferred.
- A strong aesthetic instinct and a clear sense of what feels polished, intentional and aligned to a brand.
- Comfort working closely with founders and creative leads, with the ability to interpret direction, capture ideas quickly and turn them into relevant content.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, with a good understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
- An eye for lighting, composition, colour, styling and visual storytelling.
- Strong ability with mobile editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Suite, as well as native Instagram and TikTok tools.
- Confidence creating content with iPhone workflows; familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and lighting equipment is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs and Sheets, plus basic project management tools such as Notion and Asana.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone to suit brand voice.
- Highly organised, self-driven, collaborative and able to juggle multiple projects in a busy studio environment.
- Genuine interest in interiors, design and social media, with a focus on creating culturally relevant content that still stays true to the brand.
Growth
This is a part-time role to start, with real long-term potential to grow into content strategy and campaign leadership as the company expands.
