Where you'll work
Job description
About the role
You’ll shape the complete visual presence of a fast-growing alcohol-free brand. If you enjoy both cutting video and designing across channels, and you bring a strong eye for branding together with a hands-on approach, this role is built for you.
About us
We launched Germany’s first alcohol-free Späti, have already sold more than 1 million bottles, and now produce our own product line in sachet format. The brand is expanding into D2C, Amazon, and soon retail — and you’ll help define how that expansion looks visually.
What you’ll do
You will create performance-driven creatives, maintain brand consistency, and design assets across social, CRM, packaging, print, and marketplace channels.
- Edit video ads with different hooks, versions, and iterations, and create static assets for Meta and Google with a focus on impact rather than just appearance.
- Work with the founder to build and refine the brand book, including colours, typography, and imagery, while owning the visual identity.
- Design Instagram posts, stories, reels, and the layout of the weekly newsletter.
- Develop packaging and outer packaging for new flavours and retail-ready adaptations, including final artwork and coordination of print files.
- Create flyers, stickers, inserts, dialogue mailers, trade fair material, Amazon listing images, and product photos for the shop.
Requirements
You should bring several years of design experience, technical confidence with common creative tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- 2–3 years of experience in design, ideally in FMCG, food, or D2C, or a portfolio that clearly demonstrates this background.
- Strong video editing skills in Premiere and CapCut, plus solid command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Canva, Figma, and AI tools are a plus.
- Experience preparing print files and doing final artwork production.
- A strong sense for brand management and the ability to judge whether a design is on brand or off brand.
- Independent, fast-paced working style, with the ability to operate without a fully finished brief for every task.
Benefits
We offer meaningful ownership, creative freedom, close collaboration with the founding team, and product perks.
- Real ownership: as the first in-house design specialist, you will shape the brand’s entire visual appearance.
- Fair compensation for your work.
- Creative freedom, with ideas that actively influence the company’s success.
- Direct collaboration with the founding team and insight into branding, marketing, and company building.
- Product benefits and tasting opportunities included.
Application
Please send in your application together with a portfolio so the team can review your work, not just your résumé.
