Job Overview
Our client located in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Crane Operator for critical operations within Oil & Gas projects across the GCC. This role demands certified professionals who handle heavy lifting machinery with strict attention to safety and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate all-terrain (AT), rough terrain (RT), and crawler cranes ranging from 50 to 280 tons in compliance with specified lift plans.
- Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections to ensure all crane equipment meets safety and functionality requirements.
- Collaborate closely with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors to facilitate smooth and safe lifting operations.
- Adhere rigorously to onsite safety protocols and regulatory standards throughout all operations.
- Keep detailed operational logs according to organizational and industry standards.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid third-party crane operator certification along with an active crane operator license.
- Minimum educational qualification of Senior High School (SMA) with proficient English communication skills.
- Five or more years of hands-on experience operating AT, RT, and crawler cranes of 50–280 tons within Oil & Gas sectors across GCC countries.
- Strong technical understanding of crane operation, load handling, equipment inspection, and lifting safety protocols.
- A vigilant safety mindset, capable of accurate compliance with lift plans and effective teamwork with riggers, signalers, and supervisors.
- Applicants must not exceed 45 years in age.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly base salary of AED 2800 plus allowances covering meals, capacity, and site-specific costs.
- Overtime remunerated according to UAE labor regulations.
- Accommodation and transportation arranged and provided by the employer.
- 30 days of annual leave entitlement.
- Repatriation airfare covered upon contract completion and every two years thereafter.
- Employer-funded medical insurance, visa arrangements, and local driving license fees.
