Country Partnership Manager, Kenya

About the Role

Study Info Centre is an expanding international education and EdTech organization that links students and education agents with leading universities and colleges worldwide. The company is hiring a Country Partnership Manager to take ownership of its Kenya presence and help grow partner relationships in the market.

What You Will Do

• Act as the local representative of the Study Info Centre brand and its mission for international recruitment partners.
• Welcome, guide, and train new recruitment partners as they join the platform.
• Build awareness of Study Info Centre among potential recruitment partners in local markets.
• Support recruitment partners so they can submit strong, well-prepared student applications.
• Find and approach prospective recruitment partners who could benefit from using the platform for their students.
• Maintain partner relationships and track partner performance.
• Keep recruitment partners informed about product updates, ecosystem news, and opportunities relevant to their students.

Candidate Profile

• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to keep learning and improving.
• Post-secondary education.
• Fluent spoken English.
• At least 4 years of experience in international student recruitment for secondary and/or higher education institutions.
• Comfortable using computers and, ideally, a CRM system.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of collaborating effectively within a team.
• High attention to detail.
