Job description
About the Role
syte is an innovative and rapidly expanding AI-driven geo-intelligence platform that redefines real estate decision-making processes. Founded in 2021 in Münster, Germany, the team is now over 35 employees strong, servicing more than 200 clients across the DACH region, including project developers, asset and investment managers, brokers, banks, and local authorities. The platform analyzes over 62 million land parcels and 55 million buildings in real-time, providing insights within minutes that traditionally took weeks through consultancy. - Represent syte at major industry events including SIMA, SIMAPRO, MIPIM, and PropTech Connect to establish and enhance market presence.
- Onboard and support first Spanish clients closely, using their success and feedback to shape product development.

Candidate Profile
- Possess a strong, active network with decision-makers in the Spanish real estate sector, including at least 30+ accounts ready to engage immediately.

- Proven track record in closing B2B SaaS contracts with recurring revenue models; PropTech sector experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exhibit a hunter mentality with resilience and motivation to overcome objections, maintain hunting enthusiasm, and report transparently.
