Role overview
The Country Manager for Germany will be responsible for driving market growth, managing local operations, and building relationships across the German crypto ecosystem. Responsibilities

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing and/or business development, with a strong history of success in a comparable position.
- Background in cryptocurrency, ideally including prior work as a crypto country manager, is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of the German market, customer behavior, and regulatory environment, including MiCA, MiFID, and EMI.
- A well-established network in the DACH crypto and fintech space is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence people at all levels.
- A results-driven mindset focused on measurable commercial outcomes.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and spoken ability in both languages.
