Position Overview
This is a regular full-time counter sales role based in Bathurst, New Brunswick. The position is geared toward someone who enjoys helping customers, working in a fast-moving environment, and contributing to a team that values autonomy, initiative, and service quality.
Work Schedule
The role follows a daytime Monday-to-Friday schedule.
What the Role Involves
- Welcome customers at the counter in a courteous and helpful way, locate the items they need, and complete payment processing.
- Respond to a variety of customer questions and recommend related or alternative products when appropriate.
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally and route them to the right person or department when required.
- Keep the counter area tidy and well arranged to support a better customer experience and help with in-store presentation.
- Assist warehouse and sales colleagues whenever support is needed.
- Stay current on product ranges and the systems used in day-to-day work.
Candidate Profile
The ideal person is energetic, solution-focused, organized, and comfortable balancing customer interaction with hands-on work. A background in customer service or sales is important, along with solid computer skills.
