Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Sales Staff to join our expanding team, focusing on assisting customers with men’s ethnic wear including kurtas, sherwanis, suits, and readymade garments.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored assistance.
- Guide shoppers in selecting suitable garments to meet their preferences.
- Manage and present the product displays and ensure the store remains clean and organized.
- Assist with billing and packing duties as necessary.
- Develop positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
- Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in garment or retail sales is advantageous.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and a positive mindset are welcome.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers, preferably in Telugu or Hindi.
- Professional grooming, punctuality, and accountability are essential.
- Willingness to work cooperatively within a team environment.
