Job Overview

As a Counter Sales Representative at Yarn Mart, you will be the front-line professional engaging with walk-in customers in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Your role involves understanding customer needs to recommend suitable yarn products, managing counter sales, and maintaining effective store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate yarn products.
• Manage sales transactions at the counter, including creating bills through POS or related software.
• Handle various payment modes such as cash, UPI, card, and other digital methods accurately.
• Keep the counter stocked and coordinate inventory management with the warehouse team.
• Ensure the store area remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Address basic customer inquiries promptly to maintain high service standards.
• Contribute to achieving daily sales targets effectively.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities in Hindi; elementary proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of computers and POS billing systems.
• Experience or aptitude in customer service and sales handling.
• Competence in basic arithmetic and managing cash transactions.
