Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and polished young female counsellor to manage student counseling, respond to client inquiries, provide payment account details, and maintain daily activity records. The role demands excellent communication skills, a sound mind for career guidance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct counseling sessions for students to support their academic and career decisions.
  • Attend to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clients with necessary payment account information.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily administrative and counseling activities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Female candidate with a presentable appearance and excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with IT training services and courses.
  • Sound judgment to advise students on suitable career paths.
  • Strong ethical values, including humility and being God-fearing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Fluency in Hausa and English languages; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Minimum educational qualification of ND or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays for 4 to 5 hours.
