Kare Counselling in Mumbai is seeking a dedicated Counselling Psychologist for a full-time, on-site position based in Girgaon Chowpatty. This role involves delivering high-quality mental health services with a focus on ethical and culturally sensitive practices within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult and young adult clients, addressing issues like anxiety, stress, relationship problems, and life changes.
• Create and administer tailored treatment plans aligned with each client's needs.
• Accurately document clinical sessions maintaining ethical standards.
• Work jointly with the Kare Counselling team to refine treatment strategies.
• Engage in regular supervision and case evaluations.
• Make appropriate referrals to psychiatrists or other specialists when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed international training in Psychology or Counselling.
• Possesses at least four years of clinical experience following qualification.
• Experience specifically in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Demonstrates strong clinical expertise alongside ethical and interpersonal capabilities.
• Shows a willingness to collaborate and pursue ongoing professional development.

Work Environment and Details

• Workdays are Monday through Saturday.
• Therapy sessions are conducted in-person at the Mumbai location.
