About the Role
As a Counselling Officer at Piramal Swasthya, you will play an essential role in supporting public healthcare services by assisting individuals, managing registrations, addressing grievances, and maintaining effective communication. This position is ideal for freshers passionate about working in public health and community support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely assistance to patients and community members.
- Handle registration processes accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken Bengali is mandatory.
- Educational background in BSW, MSW, B Pharma, D Pharma, Sociology, Psychology, Development Studies, Paramedical disciplines, or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and interact effectively with individuals from various social, psychological, and cultural backgrounds.
- Fresh graduates are welcome as no prior experience is required.
