About the Role

Sculptderma Aesthetics seeks a female Cosmetology Technician / Receptionist cum Assistant to join their clinic located in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk activities, assist cosmetologists during procedures, handle appointment scheduling, and ensure a welcoming and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival.
• Manage appointment booking, follow-ups, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Handle incoming calls and queries related to clinic operations.
• Support cosmetologists and staff during treatments and consultations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment and reception areas.
• Coordinate with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and billing.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Monitor clinic inventory and report needs for restocking.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• At least six months of experience in roles such as receptionist, clinic assistant, front desk executive, beauty therapist, or similar positions.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records efficiently.
• Professional appearance coupled with a customer-focused attitude.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.
