Role Summary
As a Corporation Tax Associate in the Dublin office, you will contribute to the tax team's efforts by managing corporation tax compliance for a portfolio of corporate clients. This role offers a remarkable opportunity for those early in their tax careers to gain direct experience while receiving mentorship and training from seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare corporate tax computations and file tax returns for clients.
- Support the tax compliance process ensuring all deadlines are adhered to.
- Collect and analyze financial data necessary for tax submissions.
- Manage responses to routine Revenue queries using the Revenue Online Service (ROS).
- Conduct tax research and assist senior team members on projects.
- Maintain precise client records and organize tax documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with audit, accounts, and advisory departments.
- Develop strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Stay informed about changes in Irish corporation tax law through ongoing training.
- Engage actively in professional development and learning programs.
Candidate Profile
- Professionally qualified, part-qualified, or actively pursuing tax certifications such as CTA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
- Between 2 to 5 years of practical corporation tax experience within a practice setting.
- A dedicated interest in advancing a career in corporation tax advisory.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with effective organizational capabilities.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A motivated and cooperative team player eager to learn.
