About the Role
Jawwal Travel & Tourism is looking for a seasoned Corporate Travel Consultant to join their Riyadh office. This full-time position requires an individual skilled in coordinating complex travel arrangements and providing superior services tailored to corporate clients. The consultant will be responsible for managing bookings, crafting customized travel plans, and ensuring flawless travel experiences for business customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Deliver personalized travel solutions that align with client requirements and company policies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the travel process, maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
- Liaise directly with corporate clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- At least four years of experience in Corporate Travel Management.
- Expertise in handling flight and hotel reservations.
- Advanced proficiency in Amadeus Global Distribution System.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Experience managing bookings for VIPs and other high-profile travelers.
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Comprehensive understanding of transportation services, including car rentals, transfers, and chauffeur arrangements.
