About the Role
This opportunity is for an experienced, service-oriented corporate travel specialist to support B2B partners from the Riyadh team. The position centers on managing travel reservations, ensuring accuracy across ticketing and fulfillment, and delivering a consistently high standard of customer support. The right candidate should be highly skilled in Amadeus and comfortable handling complex travel plans.
Core Responsibilities
- Process travel requests from B2B partners for flights, hotels, cars, and related services with speed and precision.
- Carry out ticket creation, re-issuance, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds through Amadeus.
- Offer timely assistance to partners and troubleshoot booking or system-related problems.
- Follow airline policies, travel regulations, and internal company procedures at all times.
- Work closely with internal departments to keep the booking flow and post-booking tasks running smoothly.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships through professional and responsive service.
- Track reservations and look for ways to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Keep detailed and accurate records, reports, and transaction documentation.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in a GDS, specifically Amadeus or Sabre, is required.
- At least 2 years of experience as a travel consultant, ideally in corporate or B2B travel.
- Good command of airline fare structures, ticketing procedures, and travel regulations.
- Practical experience with reissues, refunds, and multi-leg or otherwise complex itineraries.
- Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- High attention to detail and the ability to stay effective under pressure.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to develop professional working relationships.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- This opportunity is open only to Saudi nationals.
