Job description
Role overview
Hubli and Meetingsbooker are trusted self-service booking platforms that support group accommodation, workspaces, and meeting reservations for major global companies. As the business expands into new products and services, this role sits at the centre of a fast-moving travel and bookings environment, helping enterprise customers secure bookings efficiently across international markets.
This position is suited to someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, and confident handling complex corporate travel and booking requests. It is more than standard customer service: the work involves venue sourcing, contract-related coordination, stakeholder management, and delivering practical solutions for large corporate clients.
Working arrangement
- The role is based in Ireland, with remote work available from the UK or Ireland.
- Regular travel to the Dublin office is required.
- Working hours are 11:00 am to 7:00 pm to cover European and US customers.
- Only applicants with the legal right to work in Ireland or the UK will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Handle booking requests for meeting rooms, conference spaces, and hot desks for global enterprise customers quickly and accurately.
- Manage large-volume group booking requirements and coordinate with partner venues to secure timely quotations and strong value for clients.
- Respond to customer queries and requests through calls, email, chat, and the company’s booking platform across different time zones.
- Track service levels and ensure booking processes meet quality and turnaround expectations.
- Maintain productive relationships with venue partners and follow up to obtain prompt responses.
- Prepare weekly performance updates for the corporate reservations manager and escalate issues when needed.
Candidate profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys a high-pressure, fast-changing environment and is comfortable taking ownership. The ideal person is service-oriented, detail-focused, able to juggle priorities, and confident making independent decisions while supporting enterprise clients.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in reservations, bookings, customer service, travel, hospitality, or another transactional role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks across multiple time zones.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, reservations, or booking software.
- Experience in hotel sourcing, venue sourcing, or meetings and events is an advantage.
- Previous exposure to enterprise or corporate clients is preferred.
- Familiarity with venue sourcing, meetings, events, or similar booking tools is desirable.
Why join
- Opportunity to grow within a supportive team that provides the tools and environment needed for professional development.
- Flexible work setup, including home office support and access to premium workspaces in Ireland.
- Competitive compensation with bonus potential and room for salary progression.
- Friendly, energetic culture with team activities, BBQs, and offsites.
- Chance to join an industry that is growing rapidly.
