About the Role

This opportunity is for an experienced Air Ticketing Specialist to handle complex airline ticketing tasks, ensuring precision and timeliness in travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess in-depth knowledge of ticketing procedures for both domestic and international airlines.
• Utilize major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus and Galileo proficiently.
• Understand detailed fare construction, airline policies, ticketing rules, and fare regulations thoroughly.
• Manage all ticketing activities including issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary modifications effectively.
• Handle complex corporate travel bookings with sensitivity to timelines and accuracy.
• Oversee the entire ticketing process independently, from booking requests to post-ticketing assistance.
• Maintain strong familiarity with airline schedules, routing options, baggage rules, and fare conditions applicable.
• Provide prompt and precise solutions in case of travel disturbances, scheduling changes, or urgent travel requests.
• Exhibit excellent communication, customer coordination, and service skills.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to perform efficiently in high-pressure settings.

Requirements

• 6 to 7 years of professional experience in airline ticketing, particularly in corporate travel environments.
• Demonstrated practical expertise with GDS platforms such as Amadeus and Galileo.
• Strong grasp of airfare calculations, ticketing rules, and airline policies.
• Ability to independently manage complex and time-sensitive air travel bookings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a monthly compensation ranging from INR 35,000 to INR 60,000 based on experience and skills.
