Job description
Role Overview
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will take comprehensive responsibility for annual capital fundraising efforts for the Education Fund. This involves sourcing contributions from corporations, family foundations, and affluent donor families, while engaging deeply with partner NGOs to design and enhance charitable and education-centered initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete fundraising cycle including proposal creation, negotiations, and finalizing grants.
- Maintain governance standards, ensure compliance, and build donor trust.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with CSR-focused businesses, family offices, and philanthropic entities.
- Engage with leadership such as CXOs, promoters, and trustees to foster collaboration.
- Supervise the handling of donations, ensuring funds are utilized as committed and track CSR activities and results effectively.
- Develop strategic plans for future fundraising campaigns aligned with the organization's goals.
- Solicit and incorporate feedback from donors and partners to enhance results and satisfaction.
- Promote the organization's ethical standards and compliance rigorously among partners, ensuring strict adherence with no breaches.
- Serve as the principal contact for all queries and strategic discussions related to fundraising and partnerships concerning the Education Fund.
