Role overview
An established Financial Services and Accounting business in Melbourne is looking for a Corporate Secretary to join its welcoming administration team. The role focuses on supporting client administration, managing documents, and assisting partners with ASIC-related work, trust setup, company formation, preparation of financial packs, and correspondence with the ATO. Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit ASIC forms to keep client records and ASIC registers up to date.
- Support the lodgement of tax returns.
- Assist with the formation of companies and the establishment of trusts and superannuation funds.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Knowledge and experience
- Background as an Administrator or Client Services Coordinator in PP.
- Strong understanding of ASIC compliance documentation.
- Ability to juggle several tasks at the same time.
- Well-developed organisational ability and close attention to detail.
- Strong client engagement and communication skills.
