Compensation is set at $35–42 per hour on a W2 basis, with no benefits and no holidays.
What the role involves
The recruiter will manage full-cycle hiring support, including sourcing candidates, screening and qualifying applicants, conducting interviews, handling offer negotiation, and, in some cases, taking part in final hiring decisions for direct-hire roles. The work may also involve supporting temporary staffing needs and shifting focus across different parts of the recruiting process depending on business demand.
This is a collaborative role that works closely with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition team, and HR Business Partners to help build a strong talent pipeline. The recruiter is expected to use a range of technologies and social platforms to identify strong candidates, maintain active communication throughout the process, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
What success looks like

Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills are important, along with the ability to act as a trusted advisor on talent assessment.
Qualifications and experience
Candidates should bring at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience with professional networking platforms, including niche sites, is required. A solid grasp of sourcing methods such as Boolean search is important, along with hands-on use of an ATS, recruitment marketing tools, and Excel. The role also calls for excellent organization, the ability to manage several open roles at different stages, and a working understanding of employment laws, including OFCCP fair hiring guidelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Education
A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience, is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week with no overtime. It is a W2 contract role, and the pay rate is hourly. Benefits are not included, and there are no holidays covered under the arrangement.
